Day 2 in Albuquerque

Another adventure in camping- we realized last evening our trailer is not as level as it should be, so we manually leveled the trailer, and tried to recalibrate the level point and it did not work. This morning Jerry called Lippert, the manufacturer, and discovered one of the buttons of the automatic leveling system keypad is not working! After calls to several RV parts places we finally found a dealer in Amarillo, TX (our next stop) who could order the part and have it delivered Monday, which is the day we leave Amarillo. Fingers crossed it arrives!

We were planning to take the tramway to the top of Sandia Peak this afternoon, but it is getting too windy, with gusts nearing 40 mph here on the valley floor. We may even put the trailer slides in tonight so we don’t rock and roll so much! Tomorrow we leave for Amarillo!
